Many Places That Take You No Where

There are many places to go. Many of a plethora of types and vibes but how many
really take you on a journey?
What do I mean?
Well; when it comes to nightlife, many fall short when it comes to generating that type
of experience and just make you settle for just another place to hang out for a bit and
have a drink or ten and that’s it but that is no journey.
The experience or journey I am referring to is a place you go to that you feel as if you
left town as if you are someplace else. It is something non tangible but very palpable. It
is an energy. You are taken by music and the way it is played. The location,
the people there. You forget what time it is and you do not even remember about
looking at your clock or even phone, (hard to imagine). When it is closing time and there
you realize that hours have gone by and it feels like it’s been 30 minutes. That is the
experience of the journey. You just feel good. It is possible but rarely happens. Why?
Because 90 percent of places are lacking, first of all, high end visionary ownership /
management capable of producing such a thing whom just copy other places they scout
not to mention the lame, low quality entertainment hired which is as charming as
opening a stale bag of potato chips when you are at your hungriest. Not very Spiritually
nutritional. That bad combination of mediocre ownership / management along with low
quality or just plain boring, lame entertainment is not capable of generating that magic
touch which is energy to take you on that journey. When you find that place that takes
you genuinely have that type of journey or experience and feeling, support it and enjoy it.
If not you’ll be missing it after it closes.
