Saturday, December 20th 2025 was a day to remember. I sometimes wonder how the river cities puts on so many amazing events. This is the reason why so many people want to be here in good ole Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens area. The EVENTS are what sets us apart from the rest. The Day was one for the record books. We started off early at the Curtiss Mansion for the River Cities Rotary Club 5K Run/Walk. It benefited the Sebastian Strong Foundation. We moved on to the Miami Springs Farmers Market filled with happy faces. To go along with it was the Holistic Health Fair attached. The next Holistic Health Fair will be on Sunday, January 18th at the Miami Springs Adult Community Center.
We then moved on to the Miami Springs Holiday Golf Cart Parade. It was a feast for the eyes. After that was a triple whammy at the Miami Springs Country Club. Inside Hole 19 performing live was Fugas. Miami Master DJ Carlos Sonic in the Main Ballroom with his Freestyle Bash. Also DJ Tattoo had his Yacht Rock kareoke show in the courtyard. At that point we had to wipe the sweat off our foreheads and take a breath of fresh air. It was a fun-filled day to remember. Thanks to Ray Anton for all his effort and hard work. He represents River Cities Gazette.NET properly and he has officially earned the title of EDITOR of River Cities Gazette.NET. The day will go down as a historic day to be remembered with positive energy all around.
