Glenn Curtiss, was a famous aviator, inventor and founder of Miami Springs. But that’s not all he is famous for. In 1929 this photo of Glenn H. Curtiss and the Aerocar at his estate in Country Club Estates (Curtiss Mansion in Miami Springs) Curtiss invented the Aerocar in 1927 and had them manufactured in Opa locka.
