Is Alcohol A Must?

This is a tricky question.
It depends on who you ask. Most adults would answer YES! In reality, does it have to
have drinks for it to he a party? Some people also say no.

Many Disco And Salsa dancers would say we don’t need drinks to dance and have a
party while on the other hand there are many people who can not losen up in a party
unless they have a drink. Drinking helps many of us relax and lower the guard.
Some are shy and they cannot dance without a drink.
I have performed in many events where there is not alcohol yet they people find a way
to blend in and enjoy themselves . Is it a relative question? Some people say it is not a
party if there is no alcohol. It is understandable.
It also has to do with social pressure. I know people that do not drink much but when
they find themselves in a social setting where more than half of the attendees are
walking around with a drink in their hand they feel out of place not drinking. Other
people do not care. There is a certain level of peer pressure involved.

In order to not find yourself in that position ,you must first ask yourself a couple of questions.

Do I really care what others think?
Do I really need a drink? If you like to drink then that question is not for you.
Whatever the case, you need to get down to the essence of the experience. It is all
about having a good time whether you drink or not.
The important part is for you to be happy with yourself no matter what the setting is.
Enjoy the moment. Enjoy life. Free yourself from the barricades of ego, concerning
yourself with what others think or say. Just be yourself. Be the best version of yourself
and be happy with that. Everything else will just flow in nature and the moment. By
doing that you will open the door to much more happiness. The good times flow and the
bad moments are simply managed to become better. It is all up to you. Everything in life
is management. Drink, or no drink. It will not determine your happiness. You determine
your happiness. Dance and have fun. As long as you are not hurting others you are
doing it the right way.
