It was a wet May 29th night at Woody’s Backyard Grill on the West side of Miami Springs. (600 Payne Drive. 305-307-1714) The Blue Full Moon energy had begun filling the place with hopes and dreams as it symbolized taking the next step and advancing in life. That’s what Vintage did with its feel good classic rock, as the band is less than a year old. Leader of the band Tony Magnole is the drummer, also the drummer for the band Flashbacks. A well known local band. Tony was looking forward to progressing to the next step with Vintage that night at Woody’s. Tony Morales is the guitarist. Marcus Cardona also on the guitar completes the band. The rain didn’t scare anyone away as there was a nice crowd enjoying the show. Coyote lead singer of Backbeat even came in and did some guest vocals while he drank his Corona. Owner of Woody’s Backyard Grill Tony Reyes was hard at work sweating away in the kitchen with the staff. A true hands-on owner who is proud of himself and his hard working employees who gave their Friday night up for his establishment to function smoothly.
