The Game Is Played On The Field. A Good Start by: Bob Best

Good Start, BUT? An Inaugural year for Corey Estrada, and in all good
conscience a promising debut for Miami Springs Golden Hawk Baseball.
Not withstanding, losing 6 of 8 lineup members from the State Championship squad a
year ago – lends itself some conciliatory absolution and understanding. As in any
developing ballclub, the former Hawks Pitching Coach (if anyone) can mitigate any
fallout; knowing full well that pitching is key. After successive losses to Killian and The
Gables following a 10-3 start – Estrada will undoubtedly regroup. Pitching and Defense
I am certain to lead his mindset going forward. Closely followed by ‘Runners Left On
Base’. The combination of there three factors (upside down) are a “Key To Oblivion”.
Estrada knows that ! As the clock (which never stops) clicks toward the Districts on
April 14-17, four more Regular Season contests confront them: Away at St. Brendans was a WIN 7-2.
